| Home-Brew Alert Don't forget that our next home brew contest will be held at the January meeting. The style will be an imperial stout. As in the past, all brewers must use the same recipe thus making this a true test of the brewer's art. Dan has all needed supplies, grain or extract, at U-Brew. First time and experienced home brewers are encouraged to participate in this fun event. Need brewing advice? Dan can help every step of the way. You can also read Beginning Brewing Tips by Captain Mike Orloski right here on BeerNexus. |
