| Next Meeting - At The Gaslight 4 PM - Sunday, Nov. 10, 2019 Guest Speaker SCOTT KOWALSKI Merchant duVin Importers The Draught Board 15 is most happy and excited to announced that Mr. Scott Kowalski of Merchant du Vin has confirmed that he will be the guest speaker at our Nov. 10 meeting at the Gaslight, 4 PM. Scott is one of the most recognized people in the beer importing business. He is an acknowledged expert in every faucet of European beer. His years of experience in the field along with a deep love and respect for beer has made him a much sought after speaker in the Merchant duVin universe. If you like fine beer then you should not miss this meeting! ============ Merchant du Vin Specialty beer importer Merchant du Vin was founded in 1978, a time when Americans could not buy the world's classic beer styles - in fact, unless they had travelled to Europe most Americans had never even heard of pale ale, hefeweizen, or Trappist ale. MdV founder Charles Finkel realized that the flavors found in the great beers of England, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands were a universal pleasure that should be available to all adults. The goal of Merchant du Vin is to enhance people's lives via the unmatched aromas and flavors found in great beer. Merchant du Vin's portfolio of beers comes from the nations with deep, rich brewing traditions: England, Scotland, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Merchant du Vin's products are currently distributed in all 50 US states and in many other countries. They are recognized as the country's leading agent for the world's finest handcrafted beer in the classic styles All Merchant du Vin beers are all outstanding examples of their style and all are produced by a brewery of superb reputation. All MdV beers come from family- or abbey-owned breweries. None of their beers use any genetically modified organisms (GMOs) as ingredients. Merchant du Vin's benchmark beers appear on nearly every list of the top beers in the world If you want to enjoy acclaimed beers like Orval from the Notre Dame d'Orval monastery, Rochefort from the Abbey of St-Rem, Traquair from the oldest brewery house in Scotland, and many others don't miss this special, one time only meeting!
