Why sign up for the club dues full payment plan? Enjoy the many benefits available to club members on the full-payment plan. A one time fee of only $50 covers all meetings, plus discounts for DB15 special events. This year members received benefits that totaled well over the dues amount. Substantial discounts were provided for the TAP NY beer fest trip, the Newark Bears baseball outing, the NJ Brewers Festival, and the Victorian Dinner. In addition members on the full pay plan are exempt from the individual meeting beer fee. Ask club treasurer Brian Lynch, or any Cask Commissioner for the full details at the next meeting. |

| DRAUGHT BOARD 15 MEETING Notes of OCTOBER 12, 2014 with complete Home Brew Challenge Results by Dan Hodge Meeting started at 4:15 pm. Members present were Brandon Einhorn, Chris Johnson, Andrew Macenzie, John Reed, Dan Soboti, DJ Soboti, Doug Vohden, Livingston Hinckley, Vince Capano,Mark Ferguson, Dan Hodge, Tom Nooney, Faith Franzino, Jeff Levine, Neil Mukherjee, Randy Needham, Raffi Manjeekian, Vince Holmes, Glenn De Luca Non Members present were: Kelley Mooar, Matt Chuchla, Steve Jaynes, Ranjan Mukharjee, Steve Primich Meeting was a tasting of Extra Special Bitter beers, competition homebrews and commercially brewed “ringers”. Beers were to be judged on a fifty point basis with scores totaled in five categories: 0=12 for aroma, 0-3 for appearance, 0=20 for flavor.0=5 for mouthfeel and 0=10 for overall like’ Official Results were: 11th prize Climax ESB 563 points 10th prize Jeff Levine’s ESB 603 points 9th prize Doug Vohden’s ESB 613 points 8th Prize Brandon Einhorn’s ESB 679 points 7th prize Flying Fish Red Fish Ale 703 points 6th Prize Fuller’s ESB 748 points 5th Prize Livingston Hinckley’s ESB 765 points 4th Prize Mark Ferguson’s ESB 768 points - Bronze 3rd Prize Chris Johnson’s ESB 795 points - Silver 2nd prize Yards Extra Special Ale 866 points 1st prize Hodge’s ESB 873 points- Gold Beers sampled after the meeting were: 1.
