Why sign up for the club dues full payment plan? Enjoy the many benefits available to club members on the full-payment plan. A one time fee of only $50 covers all meetings, plus discounts for DB15 special events. This year members received benefits that totaled well over the dues amount. Substantial discounts were provided for the TAP NY beer fest trip, the Newark Bears baseball outing, the NJ Brewers Festival, and the Victorian Dinner. In addition members on the full pay plan are exempt from the individual meeting beer fee. Ask club treasurer Brian Lynch, or any Cask Commissioner for the full details at the next meeting. |

| July 12 Meeting Notes by Dan Hodge Meeting commenced at 4:05 PM. Members present: Dan Hodge, Dan Soboti, DJ Soboti, Jeff Levine, Vince Capano, Brian Lynch, Livingston Hinckley, Tom Nooney, Faith Frappiano, Brandon Einhorn, Glenn DeLuca, Mike Depoy, Randy Needham, Mark Ferguson, Raffi Manjeekian, Steve Ivory Meeting was a presentation of 13 “session” beers of varying styles and quality. Each member was asked to rank order them 1 to 13 according to which they'd most likely want to drink all day. Results were: 1. Stone Levitation Ale 2. Just Beer Project Anytime IPA 3. Shipyard Summer Pale Ale 4. Abita Seersucker Summer Pils 5. Shiner White Wing Wit 6. Newcastle Brown Ale 7. Belhaven Black Scottish Stout - tie - Samuel Adams Cream Stout 9. St. John’s Virgin Island Tropical Mango Pale Ale 10.Cricket Hill East Coast Lager 11. Sly Fox Helles 12.Seadog Wild Blueberry Ale 13. Forgot to check my watch as to closing tome of meeting. ================== Next Meeting August 10 Sunday, 4PM at the Gaslight A guest speaker from the area's largest importer of Belgium beers is tentatively scheduled to make an exclusive, in person, presentation on his company's highly regarded import portfolio. This promises to be a most special event! More details to follow. ---------------------- Beer Trivia 1.
