| Sign up a new member, win a beer! The DB15 is the largest beer appreciation organization in New Jersey, but what about the East Coast? Well it's time to make our move. Bring a new member to the next meeting, have them officially register, and get a Gaslight beer compliments of the DB15 Cask Commissioners. |
Why sign up for the club dues full payment plan? Enjoy the many benefits available to club members on the full-payment plan. A one time fee of only $50 covers all meetings, plus discounts for DB15 special events. This year members received benefits that totaled well over the dues amount. Substantial discounts were provided for the TAP NY beer fest trip, the Newark Bears baseball outing, the NJ Brewers Festival, and the Victorian Dinner. In addition members on the full pay plan are exempt from the individual meeting beer fee. Ask club treasurer Brian Lynch, or any Cask Commissioner for the full details at the next meeting. |

| Beer, BBQ and Baseball Mark your calendar - Sunday, September 6 - for Gaslight's 8th annual trip to the Newark Bears game followed by BBQ and beer. This is one of our most popular events of the year so be sure to get your tickets now only at the Gaslight! The $38 fee includes train ride to and from the stadium, quality seats for the game, and upon return, a great BBQ accompanied by award winning Gaslight beers! Price for those under 21 years old is $25; if under 14 fee is $20 .Bring the family and enjoy a great afternoon of classic Americana. The train leaves promptly at noon - be at the Gaslight by 11:45 AM for the short walk to the station. -------------------------- Club Member Discount!! Draught Board 15 members on the yearly dues plan pay only $20 for the entire baseball package! The eighteen dollar difference will be provided by the club treasury. -------------------------- New Date for the Home Brew Challenge - Oktoberfest It's our next home brew challenge! Get ready for the DB15's November 8th meeting where we will select the top three brews in the Ocktoberfest category. Members and non-members are invited to participate. Ingredients must be purchased from U-Brew (at the Gaslight). Brewers are asked to drop off 2-3 bottles per entry at the Gaslight several days prior to the meeting. There is no fee to enter and anyone attending the meeting will serve as judges in a blind tasting. Next regular club meeting tentatively scheduled for October 11, at the Gaslight 3 PM |
