Wine and brandy served in a beer club?  Yes!

The Warwick Valley Winery (NY) was the featured guest at March's
DB15 meeting and treated the nearly 40 members present to
generous samples of their three award winning hard ciders and
specially distilled apple and pear brandies.

Bottling under the "Doc's" brand label, the winery's Hard A pple
Cider (4.5% ABV) , was a semi-dry, effervescent treat with a
remarkably fresh apple nose.  It was easy to see why this was their
best seller.  The Doc's Draft Hard Pear Cider (5.5% ABV), made from
a blend of apples and pears. was light and crisp with a  dry finish.
The  Framboise (5.5% ABV), Doc's hard apple cider re-fermented
with raspberries, was a light and sweet drink that would probably be
most appealing to those new to wine or craft beers.
