Funky Budda Last Buffalo In The Park

This is 11.5% ABV American Imperial Porter aged in bourbon
barrels.  Aroma is predominately coconut with some chocolate,  
and roasted malt.  Flavors are coconut, coffee, fudge, molasses,
and brown sugar.  Finish brings light alcohol heat and a lingering
coconut.  A tasty brew but the dominance of coconut masks most
of the other flavors and aromas.  Still well worth a try.

Overall Rating: Good+
The Bruery Mélange No. 15

This is14.8% ABV American Strong Ale.  Expect a nose of sweet  
vanilla, toasted nuts, bourbon, and caramel.  Taste brings the
same plus toffee, brown sugar, chocolate, walnuts, and oak.  Just a
touch of heat in the finish.  Layers of flavor with marshmallow in the
background due to a lactose addition which also adds a creamy
mouthfeel.  Well made from a highly regarded brewery.

Overall Rating: Outstanding-
Having sampled over 7,000 different beers in my
capacity as a fully certified taster I can promise
honest, thoughtful, and careful evaluations.  However,
remember that these reviews are totally subjective.

DDH Toppling Goliath
Light Speed

This is an 6.26% ABV American Pale ale that
was DDH. Nose brings peach, passion fruit,
mango with an almost bubblegum/honey
sweetness. Taste brings orange, tangerine,
grapefruit, pineapple, mango, and ripe
peach, Hop bitterness only appears near the
finish.  Well made but might be too fruit
forward for some.
