| New Belgium Mural This is an 4.2% fruit/field beer made by New Belgium and Mexico City’ brewery, Cervecería Primus. Be forewarned the beer is pink and made with hibiscus. Aromas of spice, fresh fruit, cinnamon, apples, lime, and watermelon. Tastes follow nose along with notes of toasted grain. Flavors are very thin and light which makes the beer disappointing. | Equilibrium Fluctuation This is an New England IPA at 8.1% ABV featuring a nose of oranges, tangerines, and mango. It's appropriately cloudy with a medium mouthfeel. Flavors are of ripe peach, cantaloupe, pineapple. and juicy resins. Finish brings a fruity tartness and light bitter notes. Very well made. A fine example of the style. Overall Rating: Very Good+ |
| Captain Lawrence Galactic Fog This is an 8.5% New England Imperial IPA double dry hopped with Galaxy. Smells are quite resinous with a tropical blend. Taste brings peaches, green grapes, grapefruit, and pineapple. Light honey and pine on the on the lightly sweet finish. Solid but not in the league of the very best of the style. Overall Rating: Good |
