| Platform Amarillo Fog This Anerican Double IPA (8.1% ABV) opens an aroma bursting with tropical fruits featuring citrus with a hint of malt. The flavors follow the nose along with grapefruit, pine and fresh grass. Subtle and light spiciness in the finish. It finishes juicy and dry at the same time. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is on the fuller side of medium. A semi-NEIPA that is very well made. Overall Rating: Outstanding- |
| Sierra Nevada Hop Bullet This is an Anerican West Coast DIPA (8% ABV)that is made with Magnum hops and lupulin dust. It opens with a nose of Nose is citrusy and floral with a bit of dank hops. Flavors are grapefruit, lemon, lightly sweet tropical fruits and grape leaves / grassy bitterness that takes only a short time balance the sweeter notes. The finish is somewhat dry. Solid but the sweetness is not a plus. Overall: Above Average+ |
| Hop Concept Citra & Simcoe This is an American Imperial IPA (8% ABV). Aroma brings a lightly sweet fruitiness with some citrus and pine. Taste brings caramel, grapefruit, orange, pear, and a welcomed woody bitterness near the finish. The alcohol is very well hidden and the beer is deceptively smooth and refreshing.
