| Knee Deep Lupulin River An American Double/Imperial IPA that is what the style is all about - Hops! The aroma is off the charts with pine foremost and fresh clean citrus behind. It has a creamy feel with citrus and herbal hop flavors up front followed by a spicy bitterness only slightly balanced by the malts. It features citrus, pine, grapefruit, and lemon zest notes as mosaic and simcoe hops continually shining through. Finish is dry with tropical fruits. Overall Rating: Outstanding+ |
| Stillwater As Follows This beer is contract brewed at Two Road in Ct, by Stillwater from MD. It's a Belgium Stong (9% ABV) Pale Ale. Aroma is fruity, with banana, bread, yeast and pears. Flavors are candied sugar, peach, white grape, hay, sweet orange, with a slight metallic note toward the lightly bitter finish. Decent but flavors never seemed to fully mesh into a cohesive unity.
